2025 is coming: Get your systems ready!

As the end of the year approaches, it's the perfect time to prepare your hotel systems (PMS, POS, SPA) for a smooth transition to 2025. Here’s a quick checklist to ensure everything runs seamlessly within our systems:

PMS

Check your 2025 cash journals: Ensure correct names and formats for incoming/outgoing documents.
Verify numbering sequences: Adjust starting numbers for 2025 if needed.
Balance transfers: After the last shift on 31.12., transfer balances from 2024 cash journals to the newly created 2025 ones.

Vento POS

You can perform POS closures at any time during the day, making it easy to split revenues between 31.12. and 01.01.
If you’re transferring data between Vento and HotelTime PMS, the transfer date to hotel revenues is determined by the closure date.
Close all Vento paymasters: Ensure no open balances remain.

Libero SPA

Move leftover balances from the 2024 cash journal to the 2025 cash journal.
Close all entrances in Libero: Ensure everything is finalized before starting the new year.

Stay informed about any legal changes (e.g., VAT adjustments, local taxes,...) and adjust your systems accordingly
